Marie Tučková
moves in the space between the media of text,
performance, composition, video, drawing and
installation. Her work
explores the politics of listening, the hierarchy of
voices, polyphony, various forms of collaboration
and the overlapping of political and poetic
language. Her work is
based on improvisation as endless rehearsal (Wilson
Harris) and song as manifestation.
